The Survival Pack is a standard issued shoulder bag that is issued to the Pods and possibly all over the space station called the Oberon. It is seen in Tim Burton's re-imagined Planet of the Apes.
Planet of the Apes (2001)[]
After escaping Derkein, Leo Davidson and a group of humans, along with apes Krull and Ari, head for the wreckage of Delta Pod. Davidson enters the water where the pod is located and takes this pack up to the surface where they takes out his standard issued Pistol and messenger.
He utilizes the pack throughout the whole film and eventually gets hold of the pack that is issued to Alpha Pod, piloted by the chimpanzee known as Pericles. Davidson only took the pistol from the Alpha Pod pack, however allowed the orangutan known as Limbo to keep the pack and he started selling it's contents.

Upon obtaining his survival pack from Delta Pod, the movie shows at least some of the standard issued supplies that are given to the astronaut.
