The Orangutan Council Member has researched medical books in regard to the outbreak of disease in the village of Trion. He agrees to send Zoran to contain the disease, but later laughs at Zoran's theories (learned from Virdon and Burke) and sides with Urko, believing the village will have to be burned to prevent the disease spreading. They are out-voted, giving Zoran enough time to prove his theories correct.
