Lou Wagner is an actor who played the role of Lucius in the 1968 20th Century Fox film, Planet of the Apes. He later played the role of the Busboy in the
1972 sequel, Conquest of the Planet of the Apes.
Trivia[]
- Wagner didn't wear a wig in Planet of the Apes. They blended the facial hair on the mask into his own hair, which they had "poofed" up.
- Wagner and makeup artist Verne Langdon had been in a band together in college but Langdon didn't recognize Wagner under his makeup.
