Biography[]
She tried to dampen the extreme ideals that were likely to lead Ari into trouble, and suggested she should consider Thade's interest in her, as he could give her a very comfortable life.
Note[]
- When Leeta first appeared in the film, her species was undetermined, but the unpublished novel Planet of the Apes: Rule would have retconned her into being a bonobo.[1]
- This makes Leeta the first bonobo and the only female bonobo to appear in the franchise, despite the common fan misconception that Koba was the first bonobo.
