Kirk Acevedo is an actor who appeared in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes as Carver.
He was the second of two actors from Dawn to appear in the television series Grimm. The first being Nick Thurston, who played Caesar's son, Blue Eyes, in the film. Nick appeared in Grimm in the season 1 episode "Danse Macabre" as Roddy Geiger. Kirk appeared in the season 3 episode "The Good Soldier" as the character Ron Hurd.
