John McCullough was a character who appeared (pictured) in War for the Planet of the Apes.

Biography

John was the son of Colonel McCullough the leader of Alpha-Omega a rouge unit of United States Army. McCullough mentioned that his son John who was a surviving carrier of the Simian Flu had become mute and lost intelligence. John's NCOs assumed this was a result of being too traumatized by war but after the medic who looked after John became mute as well, McCullough realized his son was carrying the Simian Flu and that the flu no longer kills humans, but devolves them.

His father killed him by shooting him in the head afterwards.
