Heston (CE)

Heston is an evolved chimpanzee kept at the San Bruno Primate Shelter.

History[]

While he slept, Heston and the other apes were exposed to ALZ-113 by Caesar. Heston gained new intelligence from inhaling the gas. He was one of the first chimpanzees to be examined by Caesar who saw that he was now an evolved ape. Heston would join the other apes, as Caesar prepared to lead them to freedom.

He participates in the battle and presumably survives and joins his ape brethren in escaping to freedom in the forest of Muir Woods Park under Caesar's reign.

Heston is named after the late actor Charlton Heston.
