Gabriel Hardman is a comic artist whose career has included a stint working at Malibu Graphics in the 1990s. His credits include Marvel Comics' Secret Avengers and, with writer partner Corinna Bechko, Image Comics' Heathentown and 2013's Star Wars: Legacy sequel.[1]
Following the success of BOOM! Studios' Planet of the Apes comic series, Bechko and Hardman approached BOOM! and pitched their idea for a spin-off Planet of the Apes title. Their four-issue mini-series entitled Betrayal of the Planet of the Apes was released in November 2011 and, having been very well-received, was followed by Exile on the Planet of the Apes in March 2012 and then Planet of the Apes: Cataclysm.[2]
