Freedom Road

Freedom Road was an unfilmed story for an episode of the Planet of the Apes TV series, written by Arthur Rowe.

The story concerns a gorilla prefect investigating the disappearance of numerous humans from his region. Galen, Virdon and Burke discover an underground railroad being used to carry humans to freedom. They find that it is actually a trap set by Urko to ensnare rebellious humans, but they outwit him and the people escape. ^[1]
