Feliz was born to an unnamed mother and father in Esperanza. Her father died from the Simian Flu and her mother went off to fight in Diablo's militia group as a form of tribute but was killed by a gas attack. Feliz was taken care of by Jack, Carla and other citizens of Esperanza.
