Felix Silla was an actor who played a Gorilla Child in the 1968 20th Century Fox film, Planet of the Apes. He is also credited with stunt-work on the 1973 movie Battle for the Planet of the Apes, where he appeared in the school scene.[1] He has had a very distinguished and successful career, featuring in such hits as The Addams Family ('Cousin Itt'), Battlestar Galactica ('Lucifer'), Buck Rogers in the 25th Century ('Twiki') and Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (as an 'Ewok').
