Casimir was a resident of the human district of the city of Mak, known as Southtown or 'Skintown'. Distinctive because of his one arm, Casimir was a loyal follower of the districts human 'Mayor' Sullivan, and escaped with her from Mak during the ape takeover of the city. In exile, Casimir became one of the principle military leaders of the humans up to the battle of Mak in which all were killed.
