After I came across the "Caesar's Story" supercut of the Apes trilogy, I came across StoryStreet's trilogy of video essays on each of the films. Watching them all, I felt it necessary to share them all with you. First is "The Triumph of Rise", which analyzes the greatness of Rise of the Planet of the Apes:
Next is "The Tragedy of Dawn", which breaks down the multi-faceted tragedy of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes:
And finally is "The Beauty of War", which looks at every facet of the masterpiece that is War for the Planet of the Apes:
These essays are just too good to ignore, and I hope you all enjoy them as much as I did. They're very much worth watching, especially if you're a fan of film.
